Mortgage Investments

Funds from many different investors are pooled together and lent out by the MIC in private mortgages. The MICs management takes care of all aspects of the company's operations, including making appropriate mortgage investments, negotiating interest rates with borrowers, and managing the overall mortgage pool. Profits earned by the MIC is paid out each year to the investors.
